WHEN TO TRAVEL?

Namibia can be recommended for year round travel. Temperatures remain at their most comfortable during our spring and summer with blue skies and good game viewing opportunities, however there can be a chill in the air at nightfall. Rain tends to fall during November to March, this usually occurs as heavy thunderstorms which often clear quickly.  

Namibia’s remote desert landscape is home to the indigenous Himba and San tribes, desert elephants and the breathtaking sand dunes of Sossusvlei. Whatever your interest, Namibia’s diversity makes it an ideal destination to explore.
