WHEN TO TRAVEL?

The climate in Ethiopia remains pleasantly warm throughout the year with most days receiving some sunshine. The wettest time is June to September but rain tends to last only a short time and sunshine soon breaks through. The country is particularly lush during October offering stunning wildflowers and green scenery.

Ethiopia is one of the most fascinating countries in Africa, rich in history and legend, being one of the oldest Christian countries in the world. The diverse culture and religions, combined with the picturesque mountain scenery and ancient, awe-inspiring historical sites offers adventurous visitors a unique, contrasting and memorable African experience.
